You know, you guys were fantastic and the most reasonable out of every self serve wash in this entire area, till you betrayed my trust with this. Now I have a cupholder full of tokens that id rather not even spend. No thanks, I'll wash my car at home instead of accepting your greed over water.

Used to be a good car wash raised price and now a $5 min to start car wash car wash took my money and would recommend going elsewhere if you need a quick wash do not use their touchlesss was waist of money go to supper star. Oasis car wash put signs by your token machine it dont make since for a $1.25 when you give one token for a $1 it makes since for $5 but I was unaware of your changes and kinda disappointed

I went through the car wash it turned out globby with dried soap marks all over the vehicle. I was so disappointed so I turned around and went back and there were people there working and I told this fella in the picture that I had problems and I just went through and he said I saw you go through and we'll give you a full service free car wash. He apologized for my trouble and he wiped my car down outside the car wash and then he paid for the full deluxe car wash. I was very pleasantly surprised my car came out sparkling clean. He said if there's any problem in the future please notify us.

Oasis Car Wash is exactly what a self-serve car wash should be. The bays were clean, the equipment worked properly, and everything was easy to use. I appreciate that I could take my time and clean my vehicle the way I wanted instead of being rushed through an automatic wash. The vacuums had strong suction and made it easy to get all the dirt, dust, and debris out of the interior. The property was well maintained, and I didn’t run into any broken machines or issues while I was there. If you’re in Mesa and prefer washing your own vehicle, this is a great spot. Affordable, convenient, and well-kept. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time my car needs a good cleaning.

Avoid the automatic car wash. I just ran my truck through and it came out looking worse than before I had washed it. A lot of the soapy water did not rinse off leaving my paint, windshield and windows all streaked with soap residue. The dryer did not do a good job either. It went over the truck so quick that it was unable to do a good job of drying. So now I am on my way to another car wash to get it CLEAN....
